Overgrown pathway/right of way

The path leading from Rowstock to the back of the Packhorse PH is overgrown. It is a right of way, which is inaccessible due to overgrown stinging nettles and weeds. Please can it be cut back?

Whilst it's been cut at ground level in the last few days the stingers and brambles leave you stung and bleeding as you try passing on this route as anything above ground level has been left.
This is suppose to be the main cycle route to and from Milton park west wards.
