Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6084846.

The footpath is overwhelmed with growth from the hedges. Thisel and thorns so much that pedestrians have to take live an limb in their hands and walk in the road when walking from the toll bridges towards Eynsham it's grim with traffic speed high at this points.
