Potholes/ uneven road surface/ turning circle/ flooding

The road surface has been uneven for years now with nothing repaired. The situation was worsened since construction of extensions to houses down the street and the use of heavy vehicles required to do them. Also, the drainage of the incoming traffic from the highway has an issue which causes severe flooding. Pathways have started to show signs of heavy use and crumble from cars using the personal driveways as an alternative to the turning circle due to it being used as a parking space by neighbouring houses. This has become an issue due to no clear signage pertaining to its correct use.
