My friend came to visit int her electric buggy. Using the path she was very close to the kerb. To stay on the path this is the way she should come. Being a neighbour and nothing being done when mentioned i will try this way.

Updates

As you can see there is only half the pavement. We now have a resident who uses a mobility scooter and there is not enough room or even a pudhchair
