Persistent flood across road

Flood across the road still quite deep long after any rainfall - this was taken on 1 June and I got wet feet! I reported a flood here on previous occasions. The drainage needs to be sorted out and Grundons should be asked to help. Note that it is on a popular marked cycle route, part of the Chilterns Cycleway.

Please could this part of road in dip be looked at and the flooding issued resolved as it is particularly bad for flooding and it looks like there is no where for the flood water to drain away. It is located at (///bravo.contoured.tank). It is adjacent to nationally recognised pathways which you can’t get to when flooded and the road definitely can’t be used as a thoroughfare. Can be too deep for vehicles at times and is making the banks wet and muddy so is a hazard for walkers. Please could the drainage issue be considered to rectify this situation which has been going on for a very long time. Thank you.

I reported this in June 2024 and it's now February 2025 - quite a long time just to start "investigating" - can you ask Grundons to help tackle this?
