Build-up of litter along South Lambeth Road perimeter of park

Sent to Lambeth Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6078772.

Litter builds up very quickly between the railings and the bushes at the front of Vauxhall Park along South Lambeth Road, SW8. I tried to clear up the detritus myself, but the bushes are very thorny and unforgiving in places, and I do not have the protective gear.
