Poor state of trees

Adjacent to 27 Chatsworth Drive is a small triangle of ground fenced off containing a number of trees. The trees are in a poor state and require either pruning or removal altogether. They are causing a loss of light into the front of No. 27. I would be grateful if this issue could be addressed before the trees are in leaf.
