Cracks in driveway

There's cracks in a drive way which has caused it to be uneven and very dangerous my granddaughter has gone over and now cut her elbow quite bad that it covers her forearm my eldest daughter has tripped and so has my disabled daughter tripped and nearly went head first luckily my eldest daughter was there to catch her I've tripped a few times I'm not sure if this is something you can sort out or if it's something I as a tenant need to sort out
