Fence bowing into footpath. Appears to be rotten at base of post and overgrown vegetation pushing fence into footpath in a number of places. post

  • This fence is still causing an obstruction to pedestrians, it is now at eye level, and is difficult to see at night as pathway/passage way is not lighted. Tree roots also make pathway a potential trip hazard to pedestrians. Accident waiting to happen. Location is not being reported correctly - actually Camelot Way to Kent Road

  • Investigation: Completed (Highways to Monitor, Routine Inspection Programme) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location, and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, this defect does not meet the investigatory levels for a repair. We will continue to monitor the condition as part of our routine highway inspection schedule. Should you notice the defect worsening, please inform us by raising a new Fixmystreet enquiry.
