My neighbours back garden is over grown the weeds shrubs and nettles are as high as the garden fence and coming through my fence which are making their way into my garden. The garden has been in this state for the last two years. There are foxes living in that garden which are there threatening my cats they are not safe, the foxes are getting into the bins which are a risk and potential for vermin.
