Pedestrian dropped kerbs used by cars

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6074079.

Cars using the shop here are using the pedestrian dropped kerb as a ramp to either park in front of the shop or leave the shop. this happens many times a day usually. there is a Council cctv camera that periodically points and can see this happen, yet it still is happening. Pavements are for pedestrians yes?
