Blocked and full up drainage

I reported of blocked drainage outside our property which covered with leaves back in February and hasn’t been resolved. Today your contractor came and have a looked at our drainage and advising us to reported again to bromley council as “THEY CANNOT EMPTIED THE DRAINAGE SYSTEMS TODAY” because the drainage system has some serious problem and was full to the top.

If we have heavy rain anytime soon it will flood our property and damage our vintage car - therefore we have to advise our Insurance company and Bromley Council should put in a priority case!!!!

Please get the drainage system empty as soon as possible to avoid serious damage.
