Why is this street still filthy even after you've cleaned up?

This isn't hard. Pick up big bits of rubbish, then pick up small bits of rubbish. It's rather funny that you're so hopeless!

Do a proper job! This isn't the order time you've done a lazy and shoddy job...seems to be the Tower Hamlets default!
