Grass left uncut for very long time

The grass is always left uncut for long periods of time all along Granville road, causing it hard to see what vehicles are approaching when pulling out the end of Granville road onto the bath road opposite Tesco. Also there is no access to the dog poo bins as the grass is so long around them. I also experienced children running out into the road and as the grass was so long they did not see me coming in my car and I did also not see them.
