Overgrown Bush in residential garden covering pavement

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6064991.

The bush has become so overgrown that it is hanging over the pavement and is dangerous as pedestrians could suffer an eye injury.
