Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6063663.

Coming from Wyvis Ave to join on to Duntreath Ave, going left or right is extremely dangerous. It is a blind spot and a gamble trying to get out. People don't respond to the slow down sign, so speeding is also an issue. We feel that there now has to be traffic lights or some other system applied to address the problem. This has been going on for months and getting worse due to higher volumes of traffic now. Thankyou.

  • I honestly feel that traffic lights are required here. A zebra crossing may be a death trap with the blind bend but duntreath Ave is just so busy now there needs to be more control. Speed camera, traffic lights? There's just too many near misses here. Even to cross the Rd there are no pedestrian lights near. It's an accident area and needs to change. I take my life in my hands every day coming out of wyvis Ave onto duntreath . This is my reason for getting in touch. Thankyou Kitsty

  • Still a nightmare trying to exit this street onto duntreath. It is still a danger and cars still not slowing down.
