69 Alma Road hedge obstructing pavement

The hedge at 69 Alma Road is obstructing the pavement as it overhangs significantly. Pedestrians are unable to pass each other without stepping out into the road. Accessibility users (wheelchairs and pushchairs) are unable to use this stretch of pavement. This has been an issue since summer 2023. The hedge needs to be cut back to be inline with the property boundary.
