Parking on pavements and yellow lines outside Barbers

Sent to Darlington Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6062418.

Cars, vans etc pull up on pavement and park across corner of the street as well as parking on double yellow outside Barbers shop. Continuous problem, restricts pedestrian access and safety.
