Communal drain blocked

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6050951.

We have a communal drain that heads to out to a drain on the pavement. This is blocking up our drain on the driveway and causing a flood when it rains. It’s a surface water drain and Thames water have been over and confirmed this. Could someone come and open this lid and clean the drain. Thanks
