Grass to knee level, kids cant play, cant walk dogs as it affects them aswell

This grass seems to only ever be cut when it gets reported, it uses to be regular now its like its been neglected, tenants, families, the whole community use the grass but now they cant even walk through it let along use it

  • Grass has been poorly cut and not even cut properly, cutters have just gone over the top and gone away, lazy job has been done
