High tree causing the uprooting of pathway and fences of our homes

Large willow type tree is causing the uprooting of the public pathway and the fencing of our homes due to the roots. It is growing as tall, if not taller than our homes also causing private gardens to become shaded and branches growing into the garden areas. Tree located specifically behind number 10 Saltash Close off the properties. When windy it is leaning towards the two properties.
