Dumped untaxed no mot vehicle in layby in King James Close

Sent to Isle of Wight Council 1 day, 21 hours, 15 minutes later. Council ref: 16269017.

This vehicle was until recently parked on a nearby residential driveway but had not moved for approx 3 months it was moved to the public highway about 2 weeks ago and has not moved since the mot expired some months ago and it is now untaxed. Parking is at a premium here so it's causing a problem for those with legal vehicles especially at school times.
