I had an email from BCC advising an enforcement letter had been issued to the land owner. I was asked if the works had not been completed by 26.06.2024 to resubmit. The vegetation has not been cleared & the pavement is even more obstructed. Please follow through & get the land owner to clear the pavement. Thank you.

How on earth can this issue still be here. It’s a danger to pedestrians and road users. There was a previous report where the 28 day enforcement letter was sent, yet nothing has been done. The reference was 5941053
