Gate area needs trimming back

The gate at southland road entrance to the back of the play area needs a trim as well as the grass at that end inside the play area. Always litter around hiding in it.

Sadly people don't use the bin right next to the benches. Alot of litter ends up round the edges in bushes. Regular litter picking needed
