Massively Overgrown Verges Around Hollingdean

Council completely failing in their duty to keep verges SAFE, Disabled people unable to egress vehicles and forced to exit into traffic. WHY are the council deliberately neglecting the verges around Hollingdean, WE are not a Nature Reserve we are a community of human beings who need to get on with our lives in reasonable safety and with modicum of civic pride. It is disgusting that the council are attempting to neglect their duty. Before long legal action will follow through small claims.
