Zero street cleaning or bin emptying

Unfortunately I reported the fly tip on Winchmore Hill road three weeks ago. The council call thus vexatious communication. The tip is still there. The road is unswept into its third week now. Church hill fourth week and hoopers road sixth week. All of this is evidenced. The petition in response is gathering momentum.
