This is an ongoing problem due to flytippers & people who have no respect for the area. But vans come to collect rubbish but drop things when putting in van & leave things in road. No street cleaning and weeds need treatment

The photos do not show extent of debris on road. It’s Northfield Rd at the junction of Norfolk & Oxford Road. The rubbish is strewn all over the pavement & under parked cars
