Workers damaged the fence while mowing the grass

Workers damaged the fence while mowing the grass. Its snapped off aload of the panels and buckled the fence. This is a moveable panel (for removals and big deliveries) and instead of moving it back when they knocked it they kept bashing into it and now its completley damaged. Can you get somebody to come and mend the damage they have caused?
