Drain *STILL* blocked

Seriously, this is beyond the pale now.

Previously reported under 5313372 which was closed today as being resolved after five months of waiting and a couple of days of people looking down the hole, however the issue is most certainly not resolved - during periods of almost any rain the water comes UP AND OUT of this drain rather than down it; as you can see in the attached photo, the water has filled the drain and is now running down the street.

This has been previously reported and "fixed" under other reports: 5277195, 4545717, 3205026 but it has NEVER been fixed.

    Fyi, during the heavy downpour recently, so much water came *up* out of this drain that it dislodged the drain grate and moved it out of the hole, creating a road hazard.

    We've pushed it back in for now.. until the next downpour.
