Youth entering fenced off Pavillion

Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6032386.

Wigmore Pavillion Youths are climbing over new,high fencing surrounding the above building. Saw 2 climbing out yesterday 28 May. Had heard noises inside before they appeared over the fence so it suggests they are causing damage etc
