• Please give brief details of your complaint or compliment below:: Can’t seem to get through to speak to someone at the Council anymore. I have used fix my street to report potholes and overhanging vegetation Issues throughout Downe Village lanes. The condition of the roads around this area are appalling. The contractor only repairs a minimal amount when they eventually come out. Whoever accesses beforehand is ignoring potholes only feet away that are bigger this extremely shortsighted. Why can’t someone come out and assess the whole area? This has been going on for years, it’s exasperating. I haven’t got time to constantly report on fix my Street and then it doesn’t get done properly when I do. One pothole took eight months to repair and that was after three attempts! I’ve just had another report cancelled saying it’s a multiple report. I am not going to waste my time reporting overhanging vegetation down the lanes throughout six separate roads so that six separate fix my street reports!!! It is getting very dangerous driving around the area, avoiding potholes, then added we have poor vision with overgrown trees and bushes, the lanes are already narrow. Please can someone access this properly and not half-heartedly. And I do not want a reply with an excuses Regards • What action (if any) would you like us to take?: Get it fixed
