Young tree planted on Highfield Avenue

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6029648.

Young tree planted on Highfield Avenue is in danger of being blown over as the stake is no longer supporting it. It also doesn’t have a green bag unlike the other trees newly planted in the road. Not sure if this is a problem too?
