No visible drain problem but very strong sewage smell

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6028944.

At 12pm on 28/05/2024 there was suddenly a very strong sewage smell in the flats. Coming from the road in front. Can't see sewage anywhere but the smell is very strong.
