Cars parking on pavement so turning point can't be used

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6026815.

Two or three cars in the area continue to park within the turning point at the top of Banner Drive meaning that vehicles get stuck and cannot get out of the street. The road is marked "KEEP CLEAR". Sometimes they park on the road and sometimes on the pavement at this point.
