Garage is dumping rubbish

The garage is dumping rubish on streets and over the fences and also night time brings rubish in thr big round about. Their are covering the reg plate numbers with duck tape that ends up on the street, car parts thrown over the fence, body kits, oil filters and other other. Councils traffic wardens observed not to intervene or punish such behaviours. We need someone like an inspector to investigate and close down these businesses most of them Don't have a license to operate as a SERVICE !!! This issues are ongoing for the last 2 years and no one is doing anything.
