Major traffic problem for hospital staff

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6025250.

Renfrew rd/Sheildhall road down to one lane due to roadworks elsewhere.Why can’t this be left turn only from Renfrew rd to traffic lights at hardgate road so hospital traffic can get to their work instead of being caught up in massive queue of traffic in right hand lane going straight on / right to fifty pitches and left to hospital grounds. Traffic to & from QEUH always appears to be obstructed for no reason .
