Sent to Runnymede Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6024167.

Parking is extremely tight along hummer road and all neighbouring streets, this car has been left here, unmoved for at least 6 months. Not sure if abandoned but I've never seen it used or cleaned.
