Rubbish overthrow and two public recycling bin located on private land
Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6023560.
The two public recycling bins are wrongly located on private land, they had become overthrown for months, mixed with various rubbish. I had called, written letter since early this year but the council had never moved back these black recycling bins to the public area. This is causing significantly hygiene issues to the neighbourhood.
