2 overflowing bins, need collecting.

These 2 bins have obviously been forgotten. Other bins in Stanmer Park are fine. If they are actually regularly emptied, then bigger bins are needed, or maybe several bins next to each other. The problem needs sorting properly. These 2 bins are situated either side of the path as you walk towards the 'one garden ' area, near the carpark steps.
