From A536 round about on to barn road

There should be a sign on this road stating it’s 2 lanes and not a dual carriage this morning was 3rd time in a matter of weeks someone has been driving on the wrong side of the road and nearly hitting me! They realise once they’ve came round the bend and realised it’s on coming traffic on the other lane
