This vehicle regularly parks on the pavement obstructing the access to visual impaired pedestrians,disabled pedestrians wheelchair access,pram users ,it’s parked on the only pavement access due to the ongoing roadworks which has the opposite pavement blocked off,white MG HEB 917 ,8 may 21:35 ,now the reg plates are attached to a Citroen HEB 917 25 may 21:01
