Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6016454.

Rubbish on green verges along footpath from Rathmore Rd to Solsbro Road over railway bridge. Lots of men hanging around on this footpath, drinking, smoking weed. Many females use this pathways. 24th May 2pm.
