Overgrow hedges blocking pavements

I can see this has been reported for well over a month but this is still a major issue, the pavement is almost completely blocked, it's near impossible to safely walk and you virtually end up centimetres from passing cars. These hedges need cutting back ASAP. Anyone with mobility issues or using mobility vehicles will simply not be able to pass.
