• We have notified the responsible party of their duties and responsibilities and informed them that further enforcement action may be taken if the issue is not resolved. For overhanging vegetation reports please allow 28 days for the responsible party to arrange action before notifying us of any continued obstruction.

• The land owner has been written to and have been asked to cut back the overhanging low branches in several places along the boundary, the area neighbourhood officer is monitoring and will pass to our enforcement team if necessary - NO5

• The landowner has now cut back overhanging vegetation around the boundary fence line of the golf course. This report will now be closed. NO5
