A50 outside of Mill Farm

Blocked drain flooding footway. Only option is to step into the A50 and risk being hit by high speed traffic posing a risk to life. Particularly concerning as I had my baby in a harness on my chest. I'm unable to use a pram down the length of the A50 due to the generally poorly maintained and overgrown footpaths. I'm forced to walk close to high speed traffic. The blocked drains and poorly managed pavements causing the issues have been reported several times over the last couple of years and this particular issue with the blocked drain/flooding is something that was reported weeks ago in February. This is something I thought the council would wish to make safe considering the upcoming Smallwood Vintage Rally this weekend which draws thousands of visitors which use the highway and the footway.
