Speed limit sign of 40mph

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6013533.

New speed limit of 30mph now in force but when leaving the island onto Abbey Lane inbound it states 30mph followed by a 40mph in central reservation ,very confusing for drivers
