This man was parked on yellow lines on a cornerblocking access to pavement i took photo he came from across round shouting at me told me to cancel photo i rfused he chased me to the spar i stood by someone car for help he was shouting at them told me i had to turn around so he could take picture of me he went into shop to complain about me i went in took picture of him shop assistent walked me out car was still yhete i was so scared walking home incase he followed me there is a couple of roads along there cars blocking access to cross over t in o r

This was opposite the post office sorting building on cowbridge rd but it's an issue in a number of place along cowbridge rd and Colin way ely they park next to manpoo its tight and dangerous turning into rd
