Faded road markings

The road markings have faded on a Y junction of Hammerwood Road and Cansiron Lane making it not clear who has to give away. The junction has a hedge between so you cannot see easily until you’re pulling out, there has been a few near misses. There are also parked cars on the entranceway into Hammerwood Road on the Y Junction which also pushes cars over Predominantly parents parking for dog walks and the school. A yellow line on this junction would not go a miss either side. I have noticed sign being put up to try and help encourage cars not to keep parking at the entrance of the junction between Hammerwood Road and Cansiron Lane.
