Traffic lights are always turned off here I don't know why but its frustrating as they are never lit I prefer these traffic lights to be on especially for pedestrians crossing from the pedestrianised Argyle Street to St. Enochs shopping centre these pedestrian lights need to be on at all times.

Updates

Traffic lights are due for removal in the next coming years so will be replaced by a raised speed limit hump it will be traffic calming signs that will be replacing the old traffic lights Could be wrong though.
