Illegal Parking back to back all , south road , west road

During the hours of 8:30 - 09:30 & 14:45- 15:15 cars are illegal parked on double yellow lines , on corners at a junctions, cars abandoned in the middle of the road at school times. You cannot turn down the street i live as there are cars parked on grass verges and tail to tail. This is dangerous and will cause a serious accident. The Watton Primary school do not want to know and will not enforce anything!
